Background

I was born in Nigeria but grew up in the UK where I am a London based mixed media artist.  

Prior to becoming an artist, I worked as a freelance translator.  

To date I have held three exhibitions:

I’d always wanted to find a way to use beads without turning to jewellery. Luckily, the use of beads in art is a tradition in Nigeria and I also stumbled across beaded ornaments made in Mexico, a country that I love.
